Our point of difference is in design. Without compromising the function or strength, we have made the board much lighter than most traditional butcher block which can make them difficult to handle. Ours have got a recessed underside which provides 3 benefits :
provides room for medium or small ChopCut board to slide in and out and take your chopping to the stove or your pots without having to move the board,
reduces the weight by more than half,
provides good grabbing handles to move around.
